My name is Sloane Hansen, and I’ve been involved in the wedding and events industry in Scottsdale, Arizona for 23 incredible years. In 2002, I was the very first Catering Sales Manager at the world-renowned Sanctuary Resort on Camelback Mountain, where I conducted over 120 weddings. I obtained my wedding planning certification through Marriott Worldwide and their wedding planning courses at The Marriott Buttes, and I have since gone on to send over 500 brides down the aisle all over the valley (and a few outside it, too!)

Much of my career has been spent in hotel sales offices, and this has given me a level of experience that my couples wouldn’t be able to get with other planners. I know what it’s like to draft contracts and room blocks from the hotel side of the business, and this knowledge has proven hugely beneficial for my current clients, as I know what to look for, negotiate, and steer you towards or away from. I also have relationships all over the state of Arizona that I can recommend based on reliability, experience, and finished product. My goal will always be to keep you on or below your budget, while still being able to bring your dream celebration to life.

Aside from that, I’m an Arizona native, born and raised in Scottsdale. I have two amazing adult children, and my Shih Tzu, Bubo, who’s my little buddy! I also enjoy charity work and giving back to my community and have served on committees for the Phoenix Children’s Beach Ball, Hope Kids, and many others along the way. I love hiking, spending time with my family, and doing what I do best, which is planning all of these incredible, once-in-a-lifetime weddings and events.

I would be honored to be your planner (which in the past has often translated into lifelong friends! I am now babysitter and trip nanny for many of my past couples.)
